A Program Manager is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity with American Ordnance located in Middletown, Iowa. The Work You'll Be Doing:
Coordinates with and enlists the assistance of other internal managers as necessary to effect the functions of contract administration, purchasing, cost control and analysis, reporting, etc. Maintains strong customer commitment through regular communication to advise status of program and resolve issues. What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or technical Field. Minimum eight years of progressively complex experience in manufacturing field preferred with a minimum of four years of leadership experience in manufacturing preferred. Government Secret Clearance may be required. Valid driver's license is required. Great attitude and team player. Successful completion of background screening process. Must be a US Citizen.
